This class was more challenging, in different ways. Thank you.

Now see, that felt really good. I want to go back through the seated hip openers and just stay a good long time in each of them. Really nice, Shannon!

I hate to say this, but I left this class more anxious than when I started. That upset me as I was taking as part of the healing, trauma and loss program.
I have very tight hamstrings, and I don t expect them to ever get much looser than they are. I m okay with that. The problem I had is that there were no modifications given for any of the poses. So, I had to sit out quite a few poses. Disappointing.

Great class; clear, calm and truly about changing perspective, highlighting body-mind connection. Well done.

I definitely appreciate Shannon s cues and find the fact that the poses were mirrored. The spotify playlist is also amazing and greatly helped me focus and wind down with the poses themselves.

Great class! I pulled a calf muscle a week ago and have been walking very unevenly. After doing this class, I feel much more balanced and centered. Thank you!

This was different class for sure. Liked the stretches and easy pace. However some of the poses are advance. I had sore hamstrings after a run yesterday and found the forward standing bends very challenging. This is just warning that others may find it challenging.
The full boat pose is definitely intermediate level, not for everyone . I wish there were some cues given , when one cannot achieve the full pose.
Similarly would have liked explanation of keeping blanket under ankles and feet, how it helps.
Would try the instructor s other classes.

Liked the queing and pose variety. The class opened me up and didn t have a single chatteronga - good change of pace!

Nice and slow. For a short class, liked the attention to stretching. I found it confusing to have verbal cues opposite to what you were doing. Was that part of the crisscross? My first class with this instructor.

Interesting class, no flow but rather a full body stretch and centering. Loved the seated stretches using a blanket under the ankles! I will definitely do this class again.

Really nice blend of stretching and balancing. I enjoyed the variety of the poses and appreciated the restorative poses during the last 10 minutes of class. Felt well balanced for a rest day.
