This class is one of my favorites. Especially when my back is funky, I need this stretch. The slow and relaxing yoga really help my back release. Now, my back is happy and ready to go! Thank you.

Robert starts out the class mentioning it s targeting men, but it s good for women too and he was right. I was a big old ball of ache today and after doing this class, I feel oh so much better. Some really good stretches!

Good slow stretches. I found that most of the stretching was for hips and legs and not enough back and shoulders but it was enjoyable nonetheless.

I have been neglecting myself and so I m starting back now, today. I know it will take a little time to get back in the groove, regain some flexibility I ve lost. This class was this perfect non-judgmental way to send that message to myself. If I don t take care of my "house," my ability to work, be of service, enjoy life, suffers. Thank you for a calm 30 minute reset. I ll be back.

Really enjoyed this. I have tight hips and hamstrings and do occasionally suffer from sciatica so I was interested in the variation for one of the leg stretches, where Robert mention flexing the feet in the stretch to floss the sciatic nerve - I have not come across this in a yoga class before, if it helps my sciatica I m all for it!

I enjoyed this class so much; I was able to get my husband to join me when I did it the next day. I enjoyed Robert s banter and cueing. My husband who is so not into "YOGA" said he liked this class. As someone who considers themself to be a beginner yogi, this class was perfect. I hope to see many more classes by Robert.

Excellent short class for hips and low back. I am female, but my hamstrings and hips are always tight. This was a perfect stretch session combined with being really relaxing. Highly recommend it--I ve left the mat out so my boyfriend can try it later!

Did as part of YDL 30 day, 30 minute yoga challenge, great stretches. Felt wonderful after a long hike yesterday. Not sure why it was suggested as for men , thought it wonderful!

Awesome stretch. Perfect for the end of a workout or the end of the day. I especially appreciated the invitation to find one s own pose. We need more of that in the average yoga class these days. Glad this was aimed at men - men sometimes need the extra encouragement to do something slow and nourishing. But absolutely appropriate for women too. Thanks!

Excellent class for anyone new to yoga or experienced. These stretches are perfect for keeping the low back healthy and for helping to work out any minor low back pain. The instructor is very good on maintaining breath, guiding the practitioner through the poses, and explaining the purpose behind them. I will definitely check out the other 4 classes. Thank you! Lovely. I did this after a workout and it was just what I needed. It was slow and gentle, but with nice deep stretches. Perfect for a beginner. I will definitely be doing this class again.
