This instructor provided clear instructions and his class was very effective in ensuring I stretched all the muscles and loosened my hips, ankles and knees. The stretch was achieved mostly with gravidity, so effortless. Thank you so much

This is the second class of Robert’s that I’ve done in this 21 day challenge and I loved it! Very good exercises, with loads of hip opening, and he delivers it all in such a kind and calm way. This felt amazing after overdoing my workout yesterday. I woke up stiff and sore and knew I needed to move. This was the perfect blend of gentle stretching and measured intensity I needed to get into those sore muscles.

Chose for Day 6 since Robert s class had gotten such rave reviews on the 2 week challenge page! So glad I did. Some of the poses were quite hard for me, but I hope I get better with practice. Saving under favorites!

I am grateful for this class today and the current Fresh start challenge that led me here. Even though it s a slow class it made me sweat dropping into some challenging stretch shapes. I did find the video a bit glitchy though.

I was feeling a bit tight this morning and decided I needed to stretch out before the day. I usually don t do morning yoga classes because I am just so cold and uncomfortable. However, this was just perfect for working the kinks out from a bad night of sleep. Thanks!

Thank you Robert, I really enjoyed this class. Excellent way to get the body moving in the morning, focusing on mind, body, breath connection. There is no savasana at the end, which I missed.

A good yoga class but poorly produced with the addition of the music which seems more like a beat option from a keyboard. The music is distracting and makes the instructor s voice harder to hear. He has a soft voice and drops syllables with a bit of a mumble so I already have to blast volume then the random music started about six minutes into the class.

I really liked this class. It is was nicely cued and allowed stretches and joint movement in a safe way, which is great for a beginner like me. It also incorporates some breath work. I particularly like it for after work outs or days off from strenuous workouts or strenuous yoga practice. I like Mr. Sidotis other classes as well. He cues well and explains exactly what the movement targets

Amazing class, amazing instructor. While some instructors use yoga for "look what amazing tricks I can do", Robert is not here for a performance, but for the right, wholesome reasons. He brings his authentic self to class and makes me feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable. There are lots of pose modifications and encouragement to find what feels right for your body. This is a slow-paced relaxing way to treat yourself, body and mind, any time of day. Namaste.

I’ve been doing this routine for several weeks now. It’s crazy good! I wake up and pretty much everything is tight. I actually look forward to hitting my mat (literally right out of bed and plop down) and just press play. I drink matcha while doing and after 35 minutes I feel so good! This instructor encourages us to think about our day. “Carve” it out. I used to lay in bed, drink matcha and make a list for the day. Thirty minutes later I felt even tighter and I was still writing (and obsessing about how to fit it all in). This routine starts on your back with only breathing then moves slowly into some light core, hip, back, leg stretches and delightful twists. Best way to start the day.
