This was the perfect class after a long grueling day; I actually did not want to go to my mat tonight but my husband said I would feel better if I did. So I did. I wanted a quick easy workout and this is what I found. Not so quick but the message was clear and perfect for my mood and energy level. Great class if you want an easy guilt free workout.
Just what I needed today. Thank you.

After a loooong hike yesterday, Kylie s slower paced class was a perfect start to the day. I especially appreciated the long holds and seated stretches, which followed a sweet, moving, heat-building segment. Ready for the new day!!

I like the simplicity and the idea behind the class. But part way through, it s as if the instructor forgets that slowing down is the basis of the class! She starts doing double time and then rushes the transitions between asanas for the remainder of it. If I go at my own breath cycle, this is a pleasant class. Otherwise, it feels a bit disjointed.

I completely agree with RCG. The message of taking time to slow down combined with the many different poses was perfect with all of the turmoil and unknown at this time. The poses and stretches helped me find length and release after another day of sitting at the table balancing parenting and work. Thank you Kylie. I recommend this class for any level of yogi.

Outstanding flow, really calming. During this current period I needed something to help me open up and breathe deeper, and I didn t realize how tight I was in so many areas. Here Kylie offers ample time to get deep into some basic and some very creative stretches that really allow for opening and lengthening. Thank you!

Aaaahhh!!!! I so needed this. My lower back has been bothering me since I woke up & I knew I was in need of a stretch. So, I took a risk on this class & I m so glad I did. Kylie hit spot, definitely made my back feel a lot better. Namaste

A nice gentle class. Simple, but effective (my hip was really bothering me going in, but it feels great now). Some lovely words of wisdom about less being more and taking time to rest. Great coaching to get the most out of the pose. Really enjoyed her class.

I was looking for a class to get me back in the flow. I had done a couple of Kylie’s classes before and really enjoyed her. This was exactly what I was looking for. A mindful, easier flow with a few new things I hadn’t done before. Thank you!

Great class for any time of day - not too fast and not too slow, great in between! The cues are great and I love that you get to spend more than just two breaths in the poses. Will definitely be doing this one often.

Love this fabulous stretch and easy movement. Nice to change it up and enjoy a slow pace! Kylie gives fabulous cues,, and her voice is soothing and calm.

At first I thought this was going to be too slow for me. Then I realized - that s the point of this class! Her message is you have to rest and slow down sometimes to reconnect. The class did pick up the pace a bit, but just enough. It was a nice mix of flow, holds, stretch and I feel ready to face my day! Very nice!

Perfect class for the end of the day and before bed. Slow, building for warmth, with good stretching and opening. I didn t sweat at all and feel calm and ready for sleep. I definitely have a crush on Kylie; all of her classes are wonderful, great messages, great cueing... and she s a fox.

This class was perfect for what I needed today, which was a recovery day. I m an endurance athlete and I train a LOT. (I don t even take a rest day every week.) So I m definitely in need of as much lengthening, and especially hip opening, as I can get. But I also can t afford to add much additional training stress to my already busy schedule. So yoga classes that are more power-oriented - which I used to love - are no longer a great fit. This gentle flow class was great - and a good reminder that you can still go quite deep even with simple poses and slower flows. And Kylie is definitely my favourite instructor - her cueing just works really well for me.

This was a very pleasant class. Just a few movements to stretch your body and ease your mind. I loved her message that sometimes less is more and it is okay not to go, go, go - in fact it s sometimes detrimental!

This was an awesome class to do upon waking up. It has a nice slow build to open the body and is followed by a simple flow. I will come back to this one when I am in need of opening up. Thank you for the great class!
