This is my favorite class on Yoga Download. I do it at least twice a week. I have for a year now. Keith has the calmest, most helpful cues and the pacing of this class is great.

I return to this class time and again, because who doesn t want to feel amazing? And the class delivers. Sweet long holds, deep stretchs, Keith s gentle, expert instruction. I think I fell asleep in pidgeon. Perfect end to a long work day....

LOVED this class! Keith s voice is so soothing and his cues aew great. A perfect fun body workout with some good strong poses as well as balance. Adding this one to my favourites!

Keith leads amazing classes and this one was no different. I was a tight mess after a hard workout yesterday and now my entire body feels wonderfully open. His instruction is clear, his voice calming/soothing, and I love the combinations of poses he puts together. Definitely a few harder holds occasionally, but he walks you through what to do if it s too much for you.

So glad I came back to this class! It s a fantastic flow, so well cued! I was annoyed by the loud, obnoxious soundtrack the first time around. Thank you YDL and Keith for giving us the gift of a quiet class. So much more beneficial for reflection and introspection. I can only hope that ALL YDL classes will be edited and have their elevator music soundtracks silenced.

I really enjoy Keith s style. He focuses on technique without being mechanical and keeps it all about the practice itself with nothing extra fluff.
This is an excellent class. Would like more offerings from Keith in YDL.

I have had this download in my cue for a long time but for whatever reason, always skipped over it when it came time to connect to my mat. The title spoke to me this morning and I decided to finally try it. WOW! This imediately moved to the top of my list of favorites. An even, steady, quiet and focused practice with just the right amount of sweat. I absolutely loved ending with the heart opener. Thank you!

Very good class, solid instruction, smooth transitions. Unfortunately, as with many YogaDownload classes, the music is too loud and disruptive. I wish videos were made available without sound and we could arrange for our own soundtrack...

Very pleasant class - relaxed, but you still feel like you got a good workout. Starts slow, builds speed with some flows and ends with great shoulder, hip and back openers. Loved his laid back demeanor and clear instruction!

One of the more amazing classes I’ve taken. Perfect for moving your body in slow, gentle, mindful movements if you’re feeling ‘stuck’.
The instructor is wonderful, a soft, gentle voice, keeps a great steady pace, and injects so much gratitude and positivity into the class, both my mind and body feel so invigorated and refreshed. Highly recommend!
