This slow movement of yoga practice is the best for me. It looks easier than a fast pace yoga excise but much more hard for me. I am learning to be patient with myself. I also love the long savasana too.I feel good. Thank you!

Keith s voice is all Yin so you don t even realize how hard you are working in the long holds of this slow flow. Before you know it, you re blissing out in savasana like it never happened, but you know it did because now you feel so wonderful.

An excellent class. Keith gives enough time to breathe and get into the poses. Really centering and opening.

Keith has an amazing way to direct you into new experiences of the same old pose. Great class!

This was a really lovely class. It is relaxing but with just enough moments to experience and enjoy your strength. Keith is one of the few instructors who leaves space for full inhalation and exhalation when cueing, and my nervous system is grateful!

What a rejuvenating flow - I ve got the post yoga bliss right now. After being taken out by my second Covid shot, I had to get some movement in. Even though I am feeling weak and my body hurts - especially my shoulders and back, this class was perfect - healing and flowing and loving. Thank you for the vibes and blood flow!

I loved this class. Great pace, great instruction. Everything you said was useful. (No need to fill the silence with unnecessary chatter.)
This is the second of your classes that I have performed and I think you re my favorite instructor so far! (For context, I consider myself an advanced beginner or a beginning intermediate. I ve been doing this for a year now and have participated in maybe 50 classes from about 10 yogis. (I like to repeat the classes I find especially useful!)
Thank you, and I look forward to more!

This was indeed very slow paced as others mentioned. It is perfect for first thing in the morning! I really appreciated how I was able to get deep in all the poses and wake up my body.

Good flow for a day you want a slower pace but still want a lot of hamstring stretches. I haven t done warrior 1 in awhile so this was a nice change of pace!

Great class. Keith has such a calm, gentle voice that you don t realize how challenging the class is. I started the class feeling scattered. When he had us set our intention mine was finding peace. By the end of the class I was calm and centered...Peace!

What a lovely class Keith guided us through. Very soothing but at the same time challenging. Thank you Keith for an incredible class.

What a great class and presentation. Like Keith was teaching himself! Also, I just realized that every Yogadownload class I take, I learn something knew. This is so cool. Keith s presentation was superb! Paced just right and a bit challenging at times, just the way I like it. Keep classes like this coming!

Wow! I loved the slow pace of this class which made it more challenging and your instruction actually helped me feel the pose and execute better. Your calming voice and the pace helped me slow down which I need as I m always rushing about. Thanks Keith!

Definitely a class that I will come to over and over again. Grounding and peaceful class that provided me with a good stretch.

Keith has a great way in directing the flow of the movements. The pace was challenging but manageable for me who only does yoga about once a week.

This was a perfect amount of slow flow, strength, stretching and balance. Really enjoyed it. I have a injury in my right arm and this had modifications that I could do! Thanks!

Added this class to my favorites. Challenging but also very calming. I appreciated the outdoor scenery and the very clear cues!

Day 4/20 complete! Thanks to Keith for a great practice. I found myself behind at some points of the practice.

Day 4! I know I ve had a wonderful yoga class when I have a most peaceful savasana. Thanks Keith, for the wonderful experience.
By Melanie | Saturday, January 4, 2020
I love how calm the cueing is throughout this whole class. I barely looked at the video. I ended up mostly with my eyes closed and just felt my breath and body. I struggle always with matching breath to movement and this class really helped me work on that.

Slow but strong class. Calm voice and good cuing! Lovely scenery, will do this class again.

Day 4 of 2020 challenge and this is my favorite so far. I Love Keith’s calm nature and slow intentional sequence. Even though it was slow movement, I still feel it was a good workout for my body and mind. Cues are excellent. I feel centered and refreshed! Thank you Keith. I will be checking out more of your classes :)

Beautiful setting and a lovely class. Starts out with a few slow holds, but gradually builds from there and enjoyed the hip opener and back twist at the end. Love his classes!

Keith s classes always make it into my favorites. Beautiful setting, good instructions, the class went by fast.
By Lisa | Sunday, August 25, 2019
Nice, short, easy grounding flow. Good for when you re feeling a little short on energy.
Question: what is the reasoning for rolling (after savasana) toward the side of the open nostril?
Thanks for the class!

Good, solid class. Very similar to "Feel Amazing Flow" but with the added advantage of no annoying music and a beautiful background. Give us more classes like this, Keith! I ll certainly come back to this one several times.

Really wonderful class. Slow paced so I never lost track of my breath and I was so happy someone finally cued the option to take a breath in the middle of Warrior 2 to Chaturanga. (I ve never been able to make it all the way to Chaturanga without that second breath... and so few people cue the reasonable option!)
My only "downside" to the class has nothing to do with the class itself. I searched for a flow with splits and, well, there were no splits in this class. I did them anyways during the reclined twists. I think perhaps YogaDownload has this mis-tagged.
Thanks for a great class! It felt great!

Loved this practice. Nice slow pace with just enough challenge to feel strong and relaxed at the same time. Thanks, Kevin

Beautiful, sometimes surprising cues (like “roll to the side of the nostril that breathes easier”) and lovely timing. I feel so much better after taking this class. Thank you!

What a gorgeouos practice and one I am about to download so I can practice outside listening to Keith s gentle voice and thorough instructions. It was really nice to see a yoga practice outside. This felt very gentle yet thorough with everything stretched and every move counting. Thank you Keith.

Suffering through the dead of the winter, it was awesome to be able to view the beautiful scenery and listen to his wonderful voice. The pacing of this class was excellent. Highly recommend this class.

Love the format of this class. No background music, just the relaxing voice of Keith guiding the way :) Long holds, lots of breathing, a great class to feel both relaxed and invigorated, with time to open hips and of course the wonderful humble warrior. I wouldn t set this as a "you ll feel it" class, but, feels good, so OK!
