Really thankful that I got to experience this class. Been slipping into a bit of a funk lately from the monotony brought about by the pandemic. This class was such a good release and reminder to be present.

I took this class last night as part of the 21 day challenge. Really enjoyed it and though I didn t break a sweat as was promised at the start I did enjoy the pace and instruction

Other than the full bound half moon I didn t find this class very challenging. It moved at a nice pace but I certainly wouldn t describe it as a "sweaty flow" as the instructor did in the beginning. However, it was perfect for what I needed today!
On an unrelated note for YDL, Flash is no longer working and I could only watch on my app - playing or downloading is no longer supported in any browser. I hope you will update to HTML5 soon!

This was a very good class. I had never tried bound half Moon before. It was quite challenging and I can t say that I was really able to achieve it. But it s wonderful to have something new to work on in my practice.

Wonderful cues and interesting transitions... an overall slower-paced class allowing time to breathe and focus, with opportunities for a bit of flow. And, bound half-moon... OMG!!! A fail over here, but maybe next time! This class left my hips and heart feeling open, soul and intentions more grounded. Thank you Erin :)

Excellent instruction. Rather than a fast moving flow, we explored deepening into each posture. Erin offers variations and space so that you can make the practice your own. When I hear slow moving, my brain automatically hears boring. This was not the case here. The hour flew by.

This was a really nice long flow. It wasn t what I was expecting when Erin said it would be fast and sweaty (it s not) but I actually preferred the slower, steady pace of this vinyasa sequence as I really got into some deeper holds. Lovely for the shoulder opening and (especially!) all the hamstring stretches!

Oh this is just what I needed! I have been feeling lethargic and uninspired by my daily yoga practice for a couple weeks now. Going into an hour long class made me nervous when I have struggled to even do 20 minute classes recently.
The time flew by, I felt inspired and strong, and I wanted to keep going. Thank you Erin for such a wonderful class, inspiring message, and excellent cues!

My favorite for a full mind/body experience. Great instruction! Great medium pace flow with the right amount of repetition before moving onto new poses. Targets full body. Loved it!

Another home run class with Erin.
This so far is my favorite one. It’s just breezy, and the class flies by and you have this amazing workout.
I loved the peak pose and want to work harder on my form now in it.

blissful. excellent cuing that allowed enough time for me to take complete breaths without feeling rushed to take the next one, (i need a 5-6 count breath i cant do that 2 count breath some teachers do or i get dizzy) which gave it a graceful flow and i found myself closing my eyes while doing, good practice for anyone grieving, as well

This left me with the sensation that my body and my mind are like melted butter. The mindfulness behind each asana makes you feel totally present and inspired into taking all that into your day. Will come back to this class again and again. In gratitude to you Erin.

I liked the way Erin cued the poses. She has a calm voice. The class was challenging, but not too challenging, and it was inspirational. I need to practice more to do the bound half moon. That was a tough one!

Absolutely loved everything about this class!!! The lesson of this class was exactly what I needed right now!! And when I heard bound half moon I immedialty thought “there’s no way”... but it’s amazing what full concentration and effort can do and I was able to get into the pose on both sides!! Such an empowering class for me!! Thank you so much!!!!

This class was a nice diversion from what I anticipated. There was a lot of heart opening and shoulder opening. It might not be a weekly practice but I will definitely do it again

I would call this class intermediate slower paced nice flow with holds and good hip openers. Great cueing and suggestions that allowed me to correct my position. I liked the peak pose which was a challenge. Overall nice class and I m sure I ll feel it tomorrow.
