Excellent class. Claire gives great instruction, class is easy to follow. Challenging Pilates segment. Love that it has a yoga warm up and cool down.

Excellent Pilates/yoga fusion! This is a great class when you are a little tight and still want a little core burn. Stretching out afterward felt really nice.

Excellent class. Perfect balance between yoga and pilates. Was looking for a core class with some muscle lengthening (to ease tightness) and this fit my needs exactly.

Really good, challenging practice that is a perfect blend of pilates and yoga. The cues are good, and it gets your heart rate going. Definitely will come back to this.

I am an experienced yogi and a novice at Pilates. As with all of her yoga classes, Claire explains the movements in her usual way of making the moves accessible to all levels. The moves worked some of the areas that runners like me need to strengthen to avoid injury. Thank you Claire!

I love Claire s Yoga/Pilates classes - what a treat - thank you for offering new ones. You can call your backside whatever you want; after you do this class you will discover muscles you didn t even know existed. Small, targeted movements, oh my!

I am not normally one to choose a Pilates style workout however I always enjoy Claire and think I click with her Pilates instruction because I do feel the work afterwards. BTW, I call the area the thigh and butt meet the “thutt”.

Sometimes it is difficult to choose between yoga and pilates. This class solves the dilemma. It starts with a fair amount of sun salutations and standing poses, moves on to strengthening pilates, and ends with some yoga stretching and savasana. Afterward, you feel like you have done two classes.
