More barre classes from Erin, please! This is a great length, too - 45-55 minute classes are perfect, giving enough time for warm up and cool down plus a good long workout.

Great overall toning workout. Form reminders and instructions were lacking, especially on the parts where you can t easily look at the screen. The quad stretch at the end felt amazing.

This class is awesome! Who knew such tiny movements could burn so much! This feels like a full body workout that pushes me with almost no impact—if my shoulder is tweaky or my lower back is unhappy, I don’t need to skip the workout because I can still get my but kicked by this class without any pain. Thanks, Erin! Definitely a favorite I come back to regularly!

Wow. The other reviews are so true. This is a great full body workout in a quick time. No time is wasted you really get your legs burning from the beginning. I wouldn t call this much of a cardio class, but rather a lean sculpting burn your entire body class. Adding to favorites.

It s a great center body strengthener and incorporates some nice lower body and arm work. Being a barrel class though, Why the Namaste at the end?

Love this class as I come back to it to not only build strength for just living better doing life stuff but to check my strength as I grow and go. Amazing how just these moves have given me more power in other classes but also some badass confident chaturangas in yoga classes. Such a gem this class. Thanks for adding the power.

I wasn t expecting as good of a workout as I got. As a person who does weights, I was skeptical about how much a "no equipment" workout could do. Holy cow! Now I know - I m sure I ll be feeling it tomorrow! Great workout for when you can t make it to the gym and only have a short period of time to get it done.

Wow! I was amazed at how well this worked my whole body! I had to be mentally tough to finish. I was especially pleasantly surprised at how well this sequence stretched my hips, which are perpetually in dire need of opening. Thank you so much!

An excellent class - who would have thought such small movements could work you so hard? This would be a great one to do when I m on the road and don t have any strength equipment to work out with. Felt it sculpted/toned more than was cardio, but got a bit of that too!

I m glad you offered a 40 minute class - that s what enticed me to try it. There are many challenging moves, but still doable. I agree with another reviewer it is more sculpt and strengthen than cardio, but that s OK with me. It is interesting how much of a workout your arms get without weights. This is something different than I usually do and I loved it!

This was hard for me. I felt a lot of burn with this one but it did what I wanted which was make me work and sweat! I will do this again and again until I can do all the moves consistently without “breaking” for second for a rest. I jump back in but it was that hard. I loved it. A very good all body workout and a nice stretch at the end.

A refreshing and interesting routine compared to other yoga and barre classes. I too hope it is longer, at least 45 minutes. Normally I don t roll out my yoga mat for a class shorter than that. But I am glad that I tried this one!

This is another great class by Erin. What I really like is that no time is wasted and she gets right into it. It works all the major muscle groups and you get your heart pumping as well. I was surprised how fatigued my arms got without weights so I would say this is an excellent all around workout if you are traveling and staying in a hotel without all your stuff you normally have at home. Thank you Erin. Keep more workouts coming.
