For as short as it was, I feel like it was pretty well rounded. Begins with some nice stretches and then a good little flow ending with some balancing postures. Nice way to start the day, or in my case just needing to get to the mat without much time.

I ve tried to get into a morning yoga routine on and off for many years. This class is perfect! It s quick enough that I can squeeze it into my morning routine but thoroughly stretches the entire body. I can t recommend this class enough!

Awesome short class for when I just feel like I haven t been moving enough! I often do it in the evening after a sedentary day. Not so strenuous that it ll keep me awake, and good for when I want a short evening class that isn t focused on winding down.

The amount of quality flow time in such a short class is amazing! I found that in addition to a morning flow, this is also a great class for warming up before a workout, as there isn t a savasana. I love this class! Please consider offering more short classes like this one.

it would be great if it wasn t so fast paced. I am an absolute beginner and it s really hard to follow anything she does, even with the verbal clues. No time to find the correct position because she s already doing something else and don t even try to hold any of the asanas because there s no time for that either.
Instead of waking up with this yoga flow, I became super irritated and hurt because I was trying to follow and couldn t.

Miracle of Miracles, Elise leads us sleepy-heads through a short, effective quarter of an hour to start off right! Her voice is kind and smooth, and we move gently in the beginning, advancing to more vigor as the sequence progresses.
I found I could add in advanced variations.. But I really want to say I appreciate this short, sweet flow for days like this where Im super tired and achy but want the Tapas/discipline/heat of practice.
20 in 20 challenge day 13 = magic.

This is one of my favorite morning classes. For being so short, it’s packed with movement, but it begins slowly so it’s perfect when I am just waking up. I felt unstuck and energized in only 15 minutes, which is great before a long, busy day.
