This class does exactly what it says it does: it kick starts my day. Quick sun A to warm the body, squats and push-ups to raise the heart rate, a little core. It’s nothing too challenging, but it feels like I got in some exercise even on my busiest days, and it’s like an extra hit of caffeine in the morning before work (only better for me!). I come back to this one often.

A wonderful, powerful class that I definitely felt the next day. I would love to start every day with this! It packs in so much in such a short time, but I never felt too rushed or out of sync with the models. The modifications were helpful, too.

Really a short calisthenics sequence preceded by a few sun salutations, so I don t know if I d call this yoga or fusion yoga. I didn t mind! I enjoyed this very much as a way to kick start my day and get right to it!

Thank you Robert! This class really did wake me up and most importantly reminded me to engage my core during plank by pulling my elbows towards my feet. I was able to hold plank for longer! Namaste!

I found this class quite tough. could do with being a bit slower & giving adaptations. Putting a class like this into a program may put off less strong students from the challenge

Quick practice, strong class, clear cues, easy to follow, good little verbal encouragements. Great morning practice. His style is chill, yet it inspires you to lean into your day. I ll definitely repeat this class.

Loved this class. It was just active enough to feel like i actually did something and short enough to make a regular habit when I get up. It got my heartrate up a bit and even made me sweat a little. I liked the core work and squat sequence.
