As an intermediate without a regular practice, I tend to stick with beginner classes. But the short length of this class made it very accessible to me. Looking forward to returning to this one!

This was just what I needed to get myself moving today. I was feeling sluggish and lazy, but this gave me a quick boost of energy that I was able to use throughout the afternoon. The flow was simple but at just the right pace to keep the body and breath moving, heart rate increase, and the mind still. Huge fan of Claire!

Fully enjoyed this class, it includes some great hip stretches, that are perfect before a day sitting in the office! Short enough to do even when there is little time! And it made me sweat which is all I want before starting the day! Great class to follow audio only as well.
Doesn t focus on heart openings, so if you are feeling particularly sad maybe do another class.

What a fantastic 20 minutes! I miss this type of full vigorous but opening practice in 20-30 minutes. This is the type of class that first brought me to yoga download but lately most of the shorter options are not as good and you have to devote the full hour if you really want to flow. Not with this one! It s perfect, thank you!

So weird! After a long day I was signing on to find a quick class and this one was brand new!!! It was EXACTLY what I wanted, a beautiful powerful burst of yoga to clear the energy of the day, and it did! Jam packed and lovely.
