Wonderful class and just as advertized. Very nice stretch that set me up for a relaxing evening. Barely needed to look at the screen due to Caitlin s excellent and smooth cueing. I particularly enjoyed the more lengthy savasana. Thanks!

The vocal fry is excruciating! especially in the beginning and end, which is a pity because otherwise a good sequence with helpful alignment guidance. But I just found it so distracting I don t know if I can do any of Caitlin s classes again.

Absolutely lovely flow. I love to turn to Caitlin when I inadvertently overdo it in my yoga practice and need a nice, slow, mindful, and nourishing flow. This one did not disappoint (and was more challenging than I expected but in a gentle way). I adored that she fit a pigeon AND wild thing into such a short practice -- and in a way that didn t feel rushed or overly taxing.

This was my first yoga practice this year. I am having both lower and upper back and neck pain. I need a gentle, slow flow, stretching practice with clear instruction. I feel this fit the bill perfectly. I am encouraged to try more classes and return to this one. Thank you, Caitlyn.

The flow is good but this class shouldn t be considered "Inspiration" style. I really like classes with a message and what I call yoga sermons and this didn t have that for me.

I m usually one who likes the faster paced classes. But, Caitlyn your class made me feel GREAT & made me work through each pose like I should. It kind of took me back to my childhood day s when I did ballet. This is definitely added to my favorites.

I love this class more and more as I come back to it. I really like the balance between working the front body and back body and the steady pace. It is relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. With the instructors gentle cues I can really focus on feeling the poses and "think less" like she says in the beginning. I also really like the cobra variations since I don t do enough cobra in my regular practice. A nice 5 min savasana at the end.

This was great and definitely a revisit session. I had a tight right hip today after a log steep hill climb yesterday and this worked beautifully to ease it out. Yes. it s short and gentle but can be as deep and challenging as you wish, with great body placement cues. Thank you.

This is a good class for post workout recovery. It sufficiently stretches the calves and hips, both inner and outer/front and back. It s not vigorous enough to get into the deep hip fasciae but one must consider the length of the class before expecting a deep opening. By doing utkatasana and warrior poses, it gets all the blood going for very effective and efficient hip class. If done after a run or bike, the hips and legs are tender so that this is a perfect compliment. Thank you Caitlin for this wonderful class.

A brief class, but I feel like she hit a little bit of everything to get my body ready to face the day. She gives clear instruction and has a soothing voice that flows over you. A very enjoyable class and I ll be looking for more from her!
