Love these workouts! I have been adding these "Nothing But Core" classes to my daily routine and it is making a HUGE difference in my strength, the way I feel and the way I look!!!
Quick question, have some of the classes dropped off? I don t seem to be able to access a few (NBC 1 and 4 in particular).

Love this short but intense Pilates class. Nothing but Core is one of my favorite series on Yogadownload. Claire s instruction are precise and easy to understand, but most of all, she is great to motivates me to push myself.

More a pilates workout than yoga, but a very good workout for the full core. I do pilates five days a week and I found this to be accessible yet still a challenge. I liked that the two models showed different variations of the exercises.

Really great class for those core muscles! Wow! I am an old lady but I gave it my best shot and managed to keep going with the exercises, even if I was a bit slower than the models! I expect I will feel it tomorrow but it really does feel as though it has done me a lot of good. Thank you.

I work my core frequently so it sometimes takes a bit to challenge me. I felt this one right away! The first ten-fifteen minutes burns out the lower abs (where I clearly need to focus more) and obliques. Saving this class!

As much as I hate, well, hate is a strong word, let s say, don t look forward to, doing abs, I took this class for nothing but core and actually enjoyed it. I ll let you know tomorrow or the next day what my abs say, but all in all this was a very good core class. Core and back, of course. Claire was an excellent instructor and the models were great too!

It ll work your core for sure! Great class to alter with your intensity - so you can do a lower intensity version and as your core gets stronger, you can keep making it harder! You ll work up a little sweat in just 25 minutes!

This is a great quick way to work your core - and it s fun! Time goes by pretty fast. So far, I ve paired it with short yoga practices for a nice change of pace.
