I enjoyed this class and doing it again. It was a pretty basic class but advanced beginner feels appropriate for it. The cues are very good.

So great! Perfectly spaced and timed poses. Really good for concentrating on those tight hips/spots. I keep returning to this!

Good, but like so many other classes, not quite what I would classify as "you ll feel it." Probably closer to the more challenging side of "everyday namaste." The guidance is good, and I like the instructor.

Every one of Keith s classes that I ve done I have loved. You are a great instructor Keith! This one was great for me. With recurring back pain after surgery and joint pain, especially in my hips, this was just what I needed. Easy enough to follow but not too easy, just perfect. Thank you!

Wow - it was just what I needed. Great to have you as a virtual yoga teacher Keith. It felt like I was back in Thailand with the sun beaming down on me as I listened to your instructions and felt the flow.
Great stuff as always and really good for me as I restart my yoga journey on the other side of shoulder reconstruction.

Very good class, exactly as advertised. I get caught up doing fast-paced vinyasa classes all the time, but sometimes my body really, really needs to slow down, breathe and focus inward. Thank you, Keith.

Another great class by Keith! The class focuses on breath and slow and deliberate movements that stretch and strengthen. It is a terrific complement to activites like hiking, biking etc. This is definetely a class to have in a regular rotation.

This was GREAT for my terribly tight hips and hamstrings, especially the seated pose near the end. I ve found over the past couple years I ve needed to do more yins and slow hathas like this to balance out all the running, strength training and long periods of sitting that can really impact a body over time. I will repeat this one often!

I was experiencing some anxiety this morning and my body felt tight and uncomfortable physically. This class helped resolve both. Keith s steady voice and unhurried flow helped me find inner calm and the choice of asanas was perfect for lengthening and loosening everything. Thank you Keith!

The class starts out slow - I was starting to wonder if the entire class would be at that pace - but then picks up and you really start opening up your hips. He places a lot of emphasis on breathing and cleansing out the cobwebs with that breath, which really helped a lot. Love Keith s classes and feel open and ready to face the day!

This class was made for me. ?? I am over 60 and have practiced yoga since the late 60s so I am open and strong but don t enjoy the speed of intermediate and advanced flows. I have not found a senior class that is challenging. This is perfect. Thank you Keith ??

My hips are now officially happy. Keith leads a great class. Starts out slow, with some holds but he gives you a lot to think about while in the pose both with your body and your breath. Then, it started moving a bit more, but steady throughout, not quick. This really worked to open up my hips and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

This class was lovely. Slower paced than I expected, but I felt so much control over my body and was even able to gracefully plop myself back into warrior two for half moon. (That never happens!) The prompts were perfect and I loved the goddess/horse pose sequence too.

I enjoyed the class and the playlist. I have been battling low energy and spring rain blues. I was able to find a little spot in the office at work and take this awesome class. I feel de-stressed and open. My spine was able to adjust on its own and I feel great! I can float through the rest of my workday.

Dear Keith, I normally go straight for the Power/high intensity sessions but today was a different kind of day. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on March 18 (Stage 0, DCIS, 3 inches long, full recovery expected). It has been a wild and exhausting ride through the healthcare system and after 2nd opinions and cancelled surgeries. I will be having a masectomy on May 15 followed by multiple reconstructive procedures.
Your session was exactly what I needed. I had stepped away from the yoga mat for nearly a year. Much too long to be away. I cried during camel when you reminded us to open our hearts. Thank-you for your kindness and empathy to those of us in need.
I look forward to experiencing more of your sessions as I continue on my journey to become a breast cancer survivor.
