I know better by now, so I must love the pain. Claire always keeps a calm demeanor, so I am unaware of how much I am actually working.... Until the next day! Thank you Claire.

Haven t done any pilates for a while but thought I should bring it back into my practice. Didn t want a full on hour for my return so the length of this was just right with a nice comfortable yoga start. I know I will feel this tomorrow in my glutes, hips and core - it may have been short but it was full on and reminded me why I want to get back to having pilates in my routine. Thank you

Perfect blend of yoga and pilates. The flow and practicing your breath through out this class is right on pace for pilate classes. I ve been practicing pilates classes for 2 years and happy to squeeze in a shorter but effective class. Clarie s class does it and feel awesome afterwords. Thank you Clarie and YDL!

This class is too fast! Each inhale that the instructor counts is actually half an inhale. Let your students breathe full breaths please! If we re not breathing functionally, what s the point?

Really great short fusion class! At first I was adding on some things to the initial core section thinking I would make it more challenging, but then the mat Pilates series had me beat! I loved the yoga warmup, too. Great class, Claire!

I have been in search of a 30ish minute class for when I am short on time (or at work) and really need an energizing, challenging class -- as much as one can have in 30 mins considering the need to warm. This is by far the best mini-class that manages to warm me up sufficiently and push me. Yes, I did feel it! From 100s (appreciated the counting!) to strengthening exercises from head to toe.

Great little class - I m warm now after completing it. I got lost with the breathing when we were doing the leg up and then both legs up but otherwise the cues were good. The bicycle was a fun way to tell me I ve been too lazy for too long so this was a good class to get back into it!

I love these 30 minute pilates classes! I often pair them with a stretchy yoga class, and that s a perfect use of an hour for me. I find this one to be very efficient in time/full body workout, and has a nice warm up at the beginning. Besides, I need someone to count reps, and no one counts hundreds like Claire!

A very nice class, and perfectly instructed. I always felt well guided through the positions. It is great if you want to make a little effort, but don t have much time.
I however definitely missed some more streching at the end of the class and needed to add 10 more minutes of strechy yoga poses for my hips and legs to really get the benefits out of this class.

I love all Claire s classes, but particularly those that combine yoga with pilates. I get the best of both worlds - a nice stretch and a good workout. Some of the shorter classes are great when I m pressed for time. More of these classes, please!

Although I prefer yoga much more than pilates, Claire makes it accessible w her excellent directions and she offered modifications. The class did go faster than the 30 minutes it was. And liked that it was more than just abs, there was good leg work too.
