Great short practice. For the first half of the practice some parts were very fast and some very slow. It s hard to pace when the instructor says "hold for 2 breaths" but then you hold for more than 5. Good mix of poses and intensity.

Does anybody else find the instructor patronizing? Tells the women working with him to smile, that they don t know anything.. It was hard for me to listen to. Would he say those things to male helpers?
Still giving props, though, because it s a great flow, good workout.

This is a great class! I m restarting my yoga practice after a couple of years, and this class definitely made me sweat. I think advanced beginner is the correct rating. I love Pradeeps classes, he s an incredible teacher and this is no exception.

Good if you re looking for a quick class. The 26 minutes includes savasana, so it s even shorter than I d hoped, but it IS just as important to the practice, so I get it! Don t be put off by the name - the class gets your heart pumping, but it s not over the top/too hard for most people to do.

Really enjoyed the pace of this class. Quick, but accessible. It s really 20 minutes of moving yoga and 5-6 of shavasana, as Pradeep is wont to do. But still, great!

Very quick transitions, but I really liked how good the class felt when I was done. And I appreciate the instructors humor.
