I love this practice for getting out of my head and into my breath and body and it s become a staple for me. Amazing cues, valuable alignment adjustments and perfect pacing. I feel so much opening in my hips and heart and so much strength in my core and back afterwards. Thank you!

Love the slower pace of Erin s class. It allows me to get into the pose, then go deeper, better alignment then gives time to feel it, and breathe. Thanks for a great class.

Really beautiful slow and mindful flow with a few well-chosen moments of effort and challenge placed throughout. My hips are TIGHT lately and this flow really got in there. This was not an easy flow, by any means. So don t be put off by the "slow flow" aspect if you re looking for a challenge. This will thoughtfully stretch out tight hips and keep you on your toes -- the flows are long and there s not a whole lot of repetition. No boredom here.
Thank you, this is just what I needed today. So glad I revisited it.

I love this class so much... I had done it about a year ago several times and always felt a great sense of opening (esp hips/hammies/thighs) and general wellness after. Somehow, I couldn t remember the class and didn t do it for months and months... Happily and by chance I pressed play on this one today and YAYYYYY!!!! Thank you for this delicious, well-cued, versatile class. My favourite is the lunge using a strap to open hip flexors, quads, and triceps. So good.

I found the instructions confusing the follow and it seemed the model and issues with understanding the instructions as well. I also didn t feel what she was feeling (or saying I should feel) it didn t make sense given the positions we were in.

This class is perfection. She keeps it moving and does not bore us by repeating the same move or sequence a million times.
Her cues are so good, I rarely had to look at my screen.
Great all-over workout for whatever level you are it.

This was a perfect class for me. I have very tight hips, quads and hamstrings so this was a lifesaver. I was able to get deeper into pigeon pose than usual at the end. Thank you Erin!

This class was very relaxing while also building some heat and releasing tension. Delightful crackles and pops for me :) The class also fostered gratitude in me and I teared up at the end. Well done.

This was to me, an almost perfectly balanced flow that helped me get absorbed into my practice, and get into poses just a little better than usual. Had some interesting variations on poses that were cool and opened things up in a new way.

This was an unexpected class. I really enjoyed the challenge it created. However the pace and cues were so well structured that it felt like a very relaxing flow.

For me, the "you ll feel it" rating would refer more to feeling of a great openness and satisfaction at the end of this class. Erin s cues are great and this class is accessible to most. I look forward to seeing some more classes Erin!

Loved this class! Love the pranayama at the beginning. Great blend of stretching and challenging shapes. Great pace for my breathing and even with the slower pace I got a little sweaty near the end so I know I was working. A lot of work in the back body...helpful stretching for tight back, legs, and triceps. Used 2 blocks, strap and blanket

Wow! What a thoughtfully sequenced, integrated class! This works your entire body, for sure. But it s amazing how the longer holds feel gentle and hard-working at the same time. Erin s cues are also incredibly specific and helpful. Namaste, indeed!
