I was challenged and feel great now. Erin s instructions are clear and easy to follow. I m hooked and will add barre classes to my routine.

Love Erin s barre classes! More please. She gives excellent cueing, the moves are great with just the right level of challenge, and she has such an encouraging attitude. Lots of options for modifying as well.

This class is a low intensity but high impact where your muscles and body are constantly challenged with each move.
Erins classes are an unassuming soft knockout!!

I am so loving Erin s barre classes! Can we have more please? Erin s teaching style is very encouraging and supportive, and the classes are the perfect level of challenge for someone who likes to work and sweat but stopping right before the point of pain or having to give up.

This was a fun alternative to yoga- I rarely do Barr and she did a great job explaining the various poses. Great workout!

I’ve never been a fan of barre, but I really loved this class. Erin mixed it up and created a thorough all-over workout in just 50 min. Will definitely add this one to my faves!

I can t believe how effective these barre workouts are! I have had issues with my leg muscles & hips for years and there s something about these moves that s helping like nothing else has. The lifted heels are also helping me strengthen after a stubborn ankle injury.

Wonderful class and a great use of time. I feel like I ve been working and strengthing the entire time. Good class to mix with yoga practice to enhance strength and toning. Love it. I like the longer length as well which she mentioned has been requested by others. Keep them coming, Erin!!

I don t do barre classes often and I don t know why because whenever I m done I think, "That was amazing." That s true of this class too. Really enjoyed the series and while I thought a 5 lb weight set wouldn t be enough - wow, were my arms burning. And the gluten workout! I ll be feeling it tomorrow, but it hurts so good. Great class!

Another nice workout by Erin. As a guy I figured I could start out with a slightly higher weight so I used 5 lbs but eventually had to switch it out to 3 lbs because Erin gets it done as always. Also, I was struggling to choose my workout for the day as I didn t really want to focus on any particular body area and this routine definitely hits everywhere on the body. Nice work Erin.

Great full body challenge, perfect for a hour of time with 3lb weights (for me). Teacher has good cues and doesn t move too quickly (or slowly). You definitely feel the burn.
