Caitlin’s instruction is very easy to follow, although the poses can be challenging, especially with low back issues. I just modify to my body’s ability and I enjoy the slow flow. Also, the mountains in the background are breathtaking! I’ll definitely be back to this video.

Day 2
I think nourishing is in fact a good description of this class. It s very gentle at the same time I found some of the poses/stretches to be "strong", quenching me while showing me where I need to open. This helped me to practice mindfulness and get my circulation going. Thank you.

The first time I practiced this class, I really enjoyed it. But during the second time, I noticed how overly instructed it was. There was barely a moment of silence, even in savasana! I finally had to turn it off. I prefer a class that doesn t declare every single movement or tell students what they "should" be feeling. Every body is different. Just instruct what asana comes next and allow people to have their own experience.

I’ve done this class several times before and always found it comforting. Today though it was exactly what I needed. I woke up way too early with my mind jumping from thought to thought, unable to fall back asleep. I got up feeling sluggish and unable to focus. I knew yoga could help me start my day better but I didn’t have a full vigorous practice in me. This class gave me the opportunity to quiet my mind and start my day with movement with exactly the amount of patience and building to more rigor that I needed. I’m still tired but I’m also calm and grounded.

Thank you, Caitlyn, for another wonderful practice. My body was a bit stiff and sore from a long day ending with a chiropractic practice. It feels like my corners were smoothed and my body is re-integrated.

Excellent class. Very thoughtful and deliberate motions created a heightened sense of relaxation by the end of class. My hips and low back feel loose and gooey! I practiced in the morning today and know that this will bring openness and positivity to my day. I can t wait to try this class before bed and transfer that relaxation into blissful zzz s!

I wanted to love this class but it didn t work for me. The audio seemed really out of sync with the video, and there was a lot of cuts and splicing that was very distracting throughout. It seemed at times as though the audio narration was trying to rush to keep up with the model and I didn t feel much breath-movement flow.
I love Caitlin Rose s other classes and her general approach to teaching so I think this video just suffered from bad editing, to be honest.

A really great class that goes by so fast. The calm cueing helps you move through the poses smoothly while giving the direction needed to work into some interesting variations.
I know I will sleep much better tonight after doing this class.

Great class, a little slower than I was expecting but still a good workout. My only criticism is that the scenery, whilst lovely, took up the majority of the screen, and as I m using the YDL app on my phone in my hotel room, it was hard to see details of the poses as the model was only an inch high, so a close-up view would have been preferable like during the dragonfly pose.

I loved this class! I don t think I ve ever done a more unique flow. It was both restorative and challenging, and I m going to have to do it again so that I can remember all the interesting variations on poses that she introduced me to!

Caitlin is one of my favorite Yoga Download teachers. I love her calming voice and wonderful, thorough instruction. But this class did not hit the mark for me. The intense twisting in active pigeon hurt my lower back and I ve been in pain all day. I know I m responsible to know my own body, but I wish there had been a caution (like Caitlin usually gives) that those with lower back sensitivities should take extra care. I ll certainly look for her other classes, but not repeat this one.

This is a lovely, relaxing class. I learned some interesting ways to stretch in figure four and pigeon. For those days that sweating and doing 15 chaturangas just doesn t sound good, this is perfect.
