This class with Kylie was wonderful! Her cues were excellent. I have self-identified that my balance needs work and this practice fitted the bill perfectly. Thank you, Kylie.

The cues in this class are perfect! I never had to look at the screen! The movements were meaningful, the stretching and balancing were a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation. I had my eyes closed during much of it and was in the zone with your guidance. This is one of my new favorite classes. Kylie! You never cease to impress me :)!!

First time doing this class and really enjoyed the balancing poses. I found using a towel under crown of head I was able to do optional version of headstand. Goal will be to be able to do complete headstand without the wall. Thanks for a great class!

What a great class! Kylie is one of my favorite instructors. The cues were great. I had trouble keeping my balance at times, but it will give me something to come back to and practice.

Excellent short flow that works the whole body. Great cueing and hints to get deeper into the poses. The long holds make this intermediate flow challenging. I feel great, well stretched and this was fun.

Enjoyed the flow and balance throughout this class. Allowed me to focus on the positions through breath. Definitely felt that my balance improved throughout the class. Will definitely do this class again and added it to my favorites.

This was a challenging class for me. It gets going fast and builds heat quickly. Good intensity class when you are short on time. Class felt like it went quick. Good flow and rhythm. Long savasana at the end.

Perfect length and intensity when I don t want an hour. If I do happen to have extra time, I pause it and work on my headstand and add pigeon. Then svasana is really a reward.

This was an excellent class for only 35 minutes. It had a nice flow between movements and had good balance challenges that didn t push me too far past my limits. Even if I found myself shaking during a balance or two, it felt tolerable. She really brought the concept of balance to the entire flow because everything felt just right to me. This was just what the doctor ordered and I plan on coming back to this for a quick flow in the future.

The instructor was excellent - easy to follow. I was wobbly, but enjoyed the class and will definitely try it again. I also liked the slightly faster tempo. Day 3 done - high five.

What’s your favorite food? This class is That! It’s a fun nutritious feel good meal if you’re in that. The sequences are so much fun - movement with a meditative feel as well with a topping of courage sauce. Guess it’s dinner time too. This is a favorite time saver mover. Awesome.

Turned my expectations on their head even if my actual head didn t do a headstand! I would never have chosen this class as the description sounded way beyond what I do or want to do in my practice. However I did it today as part of the challenge and loved it. Fantastic clear cuing all the way through and a clear and relevant message. I wobbled like jelly at points, fell out and got back up and thought yeah I can see where that headstand comes from. Thank you!

Kylie is one of my favorite teachers on YDL from way back in the podcast days. This practice exemplifies why. Excellent cuing. Challenging but so encouraging. And fun. I love how the practice was sequenced and appreciated the bit of hip opening at the end.

This was a great class. Packed a lot of yoga into 36 minutes. I liked the balancing poses. Kylie always gives really clear directions and her sequences are creative and flow logically as well. Will do this one again when I want a lot in a little amount of time.

I was a little worried that this may be too tough, but it was very do-able with variations introduced at times. I truly enjoyed the flow, clear instructions and messaging from the teacher. A lovely 30 minute class to get your day going right!
