This was a wonderful way to close the Challenge. I took it slowly, an extra day, at times two classes on a day. Overall I found peace and I fond balance. Thank you all, thank you YD!

Great class. The airplane on a block sequence was unique, and when you introduced it, I thought I wouldn t be able to do it, but it was a lot easier than expected! Fun. Worked up a sweat.

This is a challenging practice without simply feeling like you were doing a million vinyasas. I especially appreciated the balancing sequence towards the end with the block. It was something new that fit into a good space of time- not too long, not too short.

Loved this class Kristin! Thank you for explaining that you work to your own capabilities. I loved all of the different things you did with the block. I had read other comments and had decided to get off if it felt at all unsafe or at least be next to a wall but found that really being present and moving at my own pace took away any fear of being on a block. Thanks for the challenge! Loved the first flow with the Jiva squat too. I would have used a block under my hand if I felt it was too much knee flexion but was fine without. Thanks for the variety!

Once to got warmed up, the pacing felt right, but at the start of class, the breath cues felt very fast. I also didn t use a block, but I absolutely would have felt unstable balancing on one. This is where knowing your limits (margin) is important. (I am not great at balance poses.)
I really appreciated the interesting flows she built here. Overall, I loved the class!

I usually love Kristen and her calming presence but here is what I didn t like:
Stepping on the block made me feel unstable and risking injury
the Jiva variation felt like I was hyperextending my calf
I didn t feel like it was a good workout in terms of energy output
Not the best but she is still one of my favorites.

This is so nice! It s creative and different, a bit challenging but very accessible. It feels great and Kristin s cues are perfect to help with alignment.

A really enjoyable class. Takes you through a variety of poses, never getting boring. And, the balance sequence on the block was a delight. Clear direction and lovely to listen to.

Such a great class as always, but this one offers that amazing flying / balance sequence on the block at the end. This is so good for warming, flowing and lots of deep core that s not painful to do. Added this to favorites!!

Loved the class! Kristen is one of my favorite instructors so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed and I was going to have a great workout. I surprised myself with how well I moved In the standing on the block sequence (I have a squishier one). I loved the different movements.

This class was unexpected and fun. It was challenging but mostly because it’s not typical. A Great class to start your day. The length, pace, and difficulty are very attainable.

This was an AMAZING class! I loved the different sequences, challenging but fun! Definitely, this is now my favorite class! WOW! I did struggle flowing into half moon in the sequence, but loved that you added thread the needle to pigeon - never done that before.
Great class - i will come back to this often ( working on the half moon :)

What a wonderful and creative practice. I always enjoy Kristin s classes but this one was especially nice. A bit of challenge, a great flow, just overall very nourishing and enjoyable.

A truly original and inspiring class, with lots of alignment cues and yogic principles in action. In some places the pace was a tad fast and I would have preferred a full savasana but I will definitely come back to this class. Thanks.

I so loved this class! I found it fun and love trying things that you don t normally do. I am always excited to see a new video from Kristin; she s one of my favorites. And the length was perfect for me since I usually practice before work.
