Some of the transitions in this class were a little too fast for me. I found I had to really shorten my breath and not do the full poses in order to keep up. But it did warm me up. I think this would be better to do in the afternoon - not first thing in the morning like I did.

I didn t sweat as my house is too cold today but it was a good class. I always feel happier after doing Pradeep s classes and this was no exception. I m off to smile my way through my day. Namaste

Nice fast paced class, I felt like I got my yoga in and a workout in 40 mins which is a huge plus. Sometimes I don t like Pradeep s classes because it can be a little difficult to understand him -- sometimes the audio is so low that its hard to distinguish what he is saying. This class I solved that problem by downloading it, opening in VLC media player and turning the volume up to 125%, understood him just fine.

A short, strong wake up class. Pradeep moves quickly so you have to be alert and ready. A good mix of poses, vinyasas and twists.

Took some time to get used to his vocabulary, for me being a not native english one. A short introduccion should be usefull. The two persons doing the class with us is bery usedull. Would be better if we could have a different angle of seeing them. The poses and follow up is original and gives a good rythm.

Oh, Pradeep, you are always a hot sweaty breath of fresh air. I love his positivity. This was a lovely flow. Uncomplicated and straightforward... and just vigorous enough to make me sweat without getting super winded. The cues for the twists (putting your hand on your thigh to twist a little deeper) were super helpful.
