I really enjoyed this class. The instruction and cues were very helpful. I tried the full backbend and could hold for a breath or two each time, so I will continue to work up to being able to hold it longer. Thank you!

I am enjoying the 22-day yoga challenge. I like all the variety of classes, and each instructor adds a nugget of wisdom, and a tweak on how to get the most out of a pose. I can feel my body relaxing and getting more supple each day. This class really expanded my sides, and improved my "wheel" pose.

Great class. Nice and gentle (I opted for the bridge pose vs. the full back bend at the end). I am adding this one to my "Favorites".

Although I found this session quite good I also found it to be quite difficult. I suppose I found too much "rocks and dirt". Perhaps better for someone other than a beginner like me.

What a wonderful class! I usually stick to bridge pose because over time, my wrists don t seem to love full wheel. However, I did go up into full wheel twice for a couple of breathes today. Thanks for the extra push and prep!

I am so happy this class was offered with today s Yoga Challenge!
I consider myself an advanced beginner, and have been trying flow classes recently. I have found some classes at beginner/adv beginner offer so much explanation that the flow is lost, and some move so fast I don t have the coordination to keep up. This class has the perfect pace for me! The moves become quite challenging, but Caitlin s slow flow, relaxed manor and gentle voice make the attempt approachable. While I did a lot of falling out, I felt I was learning and never felt left behind.
I am adding this class to my weekly routine, and I feel in a short time I ll be able to execute the poses reasonably well. That will feel like a true accomplishment!!!
p.s. I don t think I ll ever be as graceful as the model ;)

Absolutely amazing class! So glad I tried it. The instructor has excellent cues and a very calming voice, I really enjoyed how she intertwined the stretches into the flow, and the class gave a completely fresh perspective on familiar poses and stretches. Highly recommend!

Excellent class, feel so stretched out and open after. Some new poses for me in the beginning that really helped w my tight hips. I could not believe it was over, time went very fast.

So grateful to have discovered Caitlin through taking one of her free live-streamed classes offered during the pandemic. Such a happy discovery. Looking forward to trying more of her classes.

This class is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend it to anyone who feels stiff or tight across their lower back/core. I found this class to be extremely helpful with alleviating the soreness I seem to accumulate if I sit for too long during the day.
I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and could not quite shake the funk off through meditation, but after listening to Caitlin Rose s soothing instructions for 15 minutes, whatever was clinging to me simply melted away.

I loved this class. Was feeling really sore and tight after an intense workout earlier today and this class opened me right up! Caitlin Rose has a gentle, clear approach to instruction that I really like. Adding this to my favorites!

Okay - Caitlin Rose is my new favorite instructor! Lots of slightly different variations on poses I haven t experienced before and great instruction that helped me get as much out of them as I could. A varied routine, not repetitive in any way. And, my entire body feels open and ready to face the day. I ll definitely be looking for more from her!
