Flow with a Compassionate Heart



Get ready to open your heart and get your body moving in this 30 minute slow flow yoga practice with Mary Baker. We'll begin by focusing on our compassionate heart using the mantra Karuna Hum - I am compassionate. Starting out with some flow, mindful stretches we will transition to breath and body flow then back down to wrap up with a nice long hold in pigeon pose before heading to savanna. A perfect practice for both beginner and more advanced yoga students looking to open both body and heart!
