Quite a workout! Modified some w shoulder and wrist problems, and tight hips but need to do more often to strengthen.

Whew!! That was a very powerful 32min! The inner dancer from my youth was very happy and my older body said, "challenge accepted!" This will be a favorite that I will revisit and hope to make it through with no breaks ;)

Day 6 - I ve done this class before and was happy to see it as part of this challenge. It feels like a fast 30 min IMHO but it is not necessarily an easy 30 which is great. The fast pace and challenge to my body nurtures my need for focus and my body s need for exertion. While this isn t yoga I m still very happy with it. She s a lovely instructor with a very gentle, friendly, encouraging manner. In such a short time I am nourished. Thank you

Day 6 I was hesitant to try this class. So glad I did. My 3 lb weights were perfect. I had to focus that it was a short class. It kept me going. I’m saving this one.

Wonderful class with excellent cues. I love low impact classes that get my heart rate up and fatigue (in a good way) specific muscle groups. A complete workout in 30 minutes.

Not the core workout that I was looking for (and that was listed under the abs listing) but I enjoyed the workout nonetheless. A good all over body workout which is short and sweet.

Love, love this class. The instructions are clear and the counting makes the reps go quickly. I also like that you change up the the positions so I don t feel like we get stuck on one exercise for a long time. Even my husband asks for it as a quick workout to hit all body parts. I ve had tendonitis for a while and even though I m using super light weights, I feel it getting better because these are the same arm exercises that my PT was having me do.
Would love to have a 45 min class to alternate this one with to get a bit longer workout in!

This was my first time back to barre in several months. To say the past months have been hard trying to work full time and care for 2 young kids during lockdown (I live in Ontario Canada) is an understatement. I couldn t get myself back to the Mat/barre because I was afraid. Afraid that I d lost the strength both mentally and physically. I decided to try and walked to my mat slowly this morning. The class was amazing. Thank you Erin.

Love Erin’s calm teaching style and voice. I’ll come back to this when I need a good but not exhausting workout. Slightly more focus on upper body work; less on core and total-body, but somehow the heart rate does go up! Thanks, Erin!

This was a challenging class, especially since I paired it with Kylie s Qi lower body blast. Erin keeps it interesting and fits a lot in this short class. She changes the tempo and incorporates balancing poses so that you get in a lot of reps but stay engaged. I got a good arm/shoulder workout with nary a pushup. Some stretching incorporated throughout with a few welcome minutes reserved at the end with lizard, half splits, etc. Some folks might want to add in some more hip openers at the end, and/or some cardio before.
