This is good and very doable mostly. I had a curious thing with the single tennis ball at the end in which it doesn t really do much for me as it "fits" in that occipital space. The same with two balls?! Is that bad? I did love the instruction to move the head over the heart which really clarifies where our head should always be!! I will do this again.

Great short class which was a good release for my neck and shoulders. I didn t have tennis balls so I just used my skinny foam roller which worked perfectly.

Amazing. Just what I needed after a long day on the computer. Can t believe such a quick class can make such a difference. The dog won t be pleased though that I had to raid his toybox for the tennis balls!

Lots of neck problems lately so need to be doing this regularly. Hard to keep tennis balls in place under neck but felt very good. Definitely will do again, try to do several times a week for now.

I just did the first six minutes of this practice seated at my desk at work and felt some significant relief to the tightness in my neck and upper back. I m definitely giving the whole thing a try at home when I can lay on the floor and incorporate the tennis balls and blocks.

I had 15 mins before a Zoom meeting at home and this was a perfect neck stretch. Glad to be at home to be able to lie down. You need two tennis ball!, I used my crocs!

Wow, I loved these techniques. I have neck and shoulder trauma from a rollover accident years ago that seems to have caused scarring and nerve damage. Although I ve practiced yoga for over 25 years, I need special attention here and these moves really made a difference. Thank you. Namaste!
