Surrounding by nature, even though I am practicing in my living room, I feel as if I am breathing the flesh air. I love it. This class has a lot of twists and balance poses. It is challenging for me but good practice as well. Because this class is only 30 minutes, there is not so much time to dedicate to stretch, but I feel it. Thank you.

I do this class on a regular basis. In 30 min you stretch and move in every direction, your entire body. She even fits in savasana. Yes, she jumps into the flow immediately- breath to breath movements. Knowing this, I like to do a little down dog and forward bend before starting so I m ready to jump in.

Great series of asanas, but way too fast. I was not able to breathe with each movement, maybe every two movements. A little slower would have been very enjoyable.

What a lovely practice! The serene scenery is beautiful, calming, and grounding. I had to take a few days off from the challenge for health reasons and this was the perfect reintroduction - the pace of the flow was enough to keep me engaged and not overthink the moves or my body.

oh wow, I must very much still be a beginner. Very nearly gave up as I couldn t move fast enough however decided to keep going and do what I could. So glad I did, great practice, thank you x

I love the class being outdoors in nature. Especially because there’s snow outside my window. Great practice. Moves pretty quick get that heart rate going. I like Kylie’s vibe. Nice energy through the practice.

Fun sequencing and nice flow! But I take issue with the "everyday namaste" intensity. As others have commented, the class is a little fast. Kylie also cues a lot of balancing postures that require a significant amount of core and leg engagement. Would do it again, knowing that it s more challenging than "everyday namaste."

I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor setting of this class. Lots of good twisting poses and one leg balance. In some parts the flow from one pose to another was a bit fast for me but I m sure that with repetition of the class it would be easier next time.

I did this class before and loved it, but it turns out this pace is very fast for me when its a morning flow! I still enjoyed it, but am making a mental note to not do this one before 10 am!

Loved the setting of this class. It is a constant flow and she moves through poses pretty quick - would be tough for a beginner to follow, but as an intermediate, it was very enjoyable for me. Love Kylie s classes and this one did not disappoint!

I like the progression to revolved half moon. I usually struggle with that pose but this made it much easier.

Great class! I like that Kyle incorporated several nice asanas that often get overlooked, like revolved triangle and revolved half moon, and that she put together an energizing flow without totally relying on chaturanga. The breath in the first mini-flow was a little fast and the inhale/exhale instruction before each asana in the second mini-flow was clunky. "One breath one movement" is all she needed to say at the beginning. Yet I do wish the class was longer!

This class quickly gets into the movement and works all the different body parts. Before I even realized it I had worked up a sweat. Unexpected and fun I ll definitely be doing this one again.

I really enjoyed this balance challenge. Holds were not ridiculously long and it was a fun flow. It definitely got me out of my head for a few minutes, which is not an easy thing to do!
I ll definitely return to this one again when I m short on time but want something lighthearted and fun.
