If this class were labeled differently I would have rated it higher. The cues were perfect and the stretches were very good, but we did not flow, nor is this a "You ll Feel It" class.
Great tension release but not the best class if you re looking for a 45 minute vinyasa flow.

Love this class. Even though it was at foundation level, Kristen gave very clear guidance to make us aware of the common misalignments and how to correct them. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this class! The cues and instructions were easy to follow and it was a nice gentle flow. I can definitely feel a lightness that I didn t have at the beginning of the class!

I really enjoyed this class for a few reasons. First, the cueing is unique and helped me find a new intensity to standard poses I ve been doing for more than 10 years. That s always a practice deepening moment. Secondly, it was the gentle stretch I really needed today.
That brings me to a third point - I think this class is miscategorized. I didn t feel that it was a "You ll Feel It" level class. I got only slightly warm while holding chair pose for a brief moment. All the other twisting and intensity was pretty gentle, meet-yourself-where-you-are level intensity. I sweat pretty easily and did not sweat during this class. This would be disappointing if I were looking for a workout, but it was perfect for my energy level today.

I work in front of a computer all day, so on a Friday afternoon, I chose this class. I m glad I listened to my instincts—excellent shoulder and chest opener, precisely what I needed today. The queues are precise, and I learned so much about postures that I can take with me.

This was a tutorial for beginners. As an experienced yogi I did not experience much release from the gentle stretching. I would classify it as everyday namaste in intensity.
