Great comprehensive workout! can stand on its own when a solid full body exercise is needed. Still kept the core yoga element though.

I will probably return to this but I don t think it should contain the word hiit in the description as I certainly didn t seem to notice a hiit section? I would love more hiit followed by yoga classes like Ben s. Are there any more planned??
