Nice mix of yoga and pilates!! A good challenge as well.
This is a really good class. Can adjust to your skill level but a nice mix of Pilates and yoga!!

Awesome whole body strengthening and stretching workout. It s a balanced "yogilates" sequence! Still struggling with the core but am getting there. Thank you, Claire!

Excellent! Claire s combo classes are fabulous and this is the best yet. The perfect classes for total body strengthening and lengthening. I will be incorporating this class in with my regular rotation. I look forward to more classes being added.

Oh wow! I had forgotten about mat Pilates and I m so glad to revisit in combo with flow. Will def do again. I am 60ish female in good condition. Better after today :-)
I was a little worried about this being an advanced class and me not having a lot of experience with Pilates that it would be hard to follow, but it wasn t at all. The direction was clear and there were two models to show the advanced vs. less advanced versions of the poses/exercises. I loved the blend of Pilates exercises balanced with stretching via yoga. Very enjoyable and I m sure I ll be felling my glutes and thighs tomorrow!
