Practicing in the beautiful nature of Colorado, this class calms me down even though there are a lot of twists and challenging standing poses. Thank you.

I chose this class because it was shorter than the other one, even though it was intermediate, so I was a little intimidated. As it turns out, it was a great class, and I kept up just fine. I loved what she said about motivation, too, because I REALLY didn t want to do yoga this morning, but of course, once I got started, it was just what I needed!

I love Kylie Larson s classes. This one would definitely be easier to follow at the pace she goes if there regular cues for left and right side.

I really enjoyed the class. Loved all the twists and balance postures. There were some parts where cues as to which side would be helpful but other than that it ll definitely be one I Practice again.

Excellent flow with a couple of progressive builds, some balancing and lots of opening twists. Loved the setting of the class as well - almost like being out in nature yourself!

I liked how this class built in twists. Kylie as always gave clear cues. Bonus points for beautiful background view of the Flatirons in Boulder.

I love all of Kylie s classes but there were times in this one where I wished the cues were a little clearer. I d forget which side we were on and have to pause to study the video to see which leg was forward.

A perfect class for when you want a complete practice (including savasana! It’s a pet peeve of mine when instructors “leave you in savasana”— I can never rest that way!) but only have a short time. Thanks, Kylie!

I love Kylie Larson and this class is great! There are stretches and attention paid to various different parts of the body, which I enjoy. My only quibble would be that, in the flow sequence, I am hardly ever sure which side I m supposed to be on - am I twisting left arm back or...? which doesn t matter in the grand scheme of things but takes me out of the flow to try to figure out "is she on her right or left leg here?" The location is very pretty and Kylie is lovely to listen to.

Pace was quick, but not impossible. The flow was just challenging enough for a short, mid-day, not too much flow.
I did cheat a little and swap feet midway through the balance flow (my ankles were not loving it, swapping feet out helped me maintain my cool).
This definitely feels like a flow I d like to come back to - if just to see if I can eventually make it all the way through the balance section without swapping feet.
I feel good, hips feel happy, and I m ready to take on my evening (I think... it s been a weird week).

I enjoyed this class. The pace of the flow was a bit fast, even for Kylie, but I was able to keep up. She also forgot the hamstring stretch on the second side :) A good class, just be prepared to move quickly.

I absolutely love this class. Arthritis in my wrists makes me adapt a lot of class poses, and I was able to flow in this class; I also loved the balancing sequences. Thank you, Kylie!

I got lost on the 3rd flow, so keep track on which way you are twisting, but fantastic class. I especially liked the bonus motivational tip.

The pace of this class makes it s intermediate. There is no way I would ever teach a sequence this fast and detailed to an Advanced Beginner.

A new, perfectly challenging yet accessible class from Kylie (of just the right length and with a gorgeous background to boot!) was exactly what I needed after a very rough day yesterday. All the twists made me think of a phrase from another great Yoga Download teacher, Jackie Casal Marou: "twist away negativity, twist away doubt." This was a master class in that practice and the movement helped rinse away resentment that had me feeling stuck. Thank you Kylie for giving me a path to reset my motivation and prepare to "do the thing" that I don t want to do - get up and keep going. Namaste!
