Wow, this class looks so gentle and calming (It is!) yet not easy. Building molecules is something I need specially because I am getting old, but a typical core work or something like practice is "fast pace" and very hard. It s not for me because it sometimes hurt myself. This class is perfect for me. Thank you.

First thing that popped up today when I started browsing and the time was right so I tried this class, since I always like Caitlin Rose. Good strengthening poses, strong balance poses. Definitely felt it.
