A great class that is slow but powerful. I agree with previous comments that the audio was very difficult to hear and so I had to look up regularly, which disrupted my alignment.

Class is good but audio is not. Microphone should have been closer to instructor. Had to keep looking up to follow.

I had to stop part way through—the description specifically says ‘rest your shoulders,’ but there’s a ton of work from downward dog. I’m a few weeks post-mastectomy and there’s no way I can support myself in DD for an extended period while shifting my weight by exploring different hip positions.
Please be careful with this kind of description.

I hope to do this class weekly. It’s not one I would typically choose on my own but the sequencing is intelligent, challenging, and made me pay attention. This was a great new experience.

Wonderful stretching and quite challenging! I would like to have more of a vinyasa flow in between the more stretching poses and maybe a balance pose in there also. I know I will be sore tomorrow!

I found this class quite tough as a beginner. The holds were quite long which also made it tough, however, the stretches did feel good and I benefitted a lot from the class, thank you.

Perfect title for this deep stretch practice! It inserts a pause that is so useful but is often missed in my practice. This class also helped me appreciate the innerworkings of our amazing bodies!

Amazing class. A little more active than a restorative class, but nice long holds that you can make as gentle (or not) as you want. My only criticism is that the focus was all mid and lower body. But I see myself doing this class regularly.

Very thorough instruction for body cues and breathing with careful indication of where you should be feeling the stretches. This is very hip focused and full expression of some of the poses (splits and skandasana) are beyond me.

I really liked this class. I am more of the flow, move get it done kinda girl but this class was a great challenge and exactly what I needed. It is slow and deliberate, you can definitely adjust and modify your postures to get it deeper into the tissues and boy did I need that! Loved it and saving it to my favs. Thank you Lila

The description says it s a great option if you re resting your shoulders but you spend the first 10 minutes laying on shoulders then doing long holds of downward dog and plank with various movements of the leg.

Wow wow! This is a deep hip steep and it feels so good. The holds are super long and that s what makes it intermediate, but I felt the modifications gave me options even when I couldn t do the entire pose. Very clear cues and very calm. Would do this again!

Accurately classified as intermediate, this class was still accessible to me, self-classified as an advanced beginner. This is due to Lila s great instruction and modifications offered. I do want to keep this class in frequent rotation to help me get more deeply into those delicious splits! Very well done, and I must say, I feel fantastic as I sit to write this review. THANKS!!
