Short but wonderful class focus on arms. It is not easy and needs strength not only arms but core. If this class is longer than 30 minutes, I would give up at the first 10 minutes. Because I knew this last only 20 minutes, I made it. Thank you.

Day 21 Nurture & Nourish- I appreciate this devotion to the arms. For such a short class we definitely put in some arm work and arm movement. I agree with another that this has got to be good for those of us doing a lot of computer or desk work. I enjoy Mark s devotion to his classes as well as his energy. Thanks for this class.
