How do you practice rooting or grounding when life feels chaotic? Slow down with Kristin for this short practice where you will press pause button on your day, reclaim your right to be here, ground and reset, and allow time to integrate all that is going on in your life. Root into longer holds and invite in some deep breaths. Just 30 minutes of connecting to the earth beneath you could be all you need to settle the chaos.
