Felt a good opening, had to modify some poses. But I agree with other reviewers that the voice was not calming, too rapid and hard to focus on the breath.

Mark is one of my go-to teachers. I m not sure what I appreciate more. The inventiveness of his practices or the message within each. Thank you!

Was way too fast for me but I liked the variety. If I do this one again I ll adjust the playback speed to slow it down (rolling up to mountain in a fast 5-count is not calming). I m shocked he said this would be calming and centering since you re flying around so much. Honestly it felt like a very long 30 minutes

I LOVE Mark s commentary while moving through some of the more difficult positions - it keeps my brain focused rather than allowing my mind to wander :)

I found the instructor to be extremely distracting. His rapid fire intense instructions did not foster getting lost in the breadth or recentering, but instead felt like a drill sergeant on speed. Better suited for a boot camp style work out, not flow and recentering.

I found this class after practicing Deep 30 vol I on the new year challenge, and it did not disappoint. Amazing class: nicely paced stretch and sweat while being mindful. Will be looking for more of his classes.

Mark has a tendency to talk too much but if you can get past that and learn to focus on your own breath and movement then you ll find this to be highly beneficial. This is the second Deep 30 class of his that I ve done and I m planning to do the rest. Namaste

I love Mark s focus on letting go of intensity and internal chatter, but instead focusing on breath. But in this class I ended up with shallow breathing and amped because of trying to follow all of his chatter! Maybe next time I will try the class with no sound, but really link my breath to the moves.

I wish there were more cues regarding body position and alignment, more specific than "don t go too far." I got completely lost at around 20 minutes. The instructor might consider wearing a different T-shirt other than "whiskey & yoga," in solidarity with people in recovery.

Love everything about Mark s classes and this one is no different! I was worried by the description that it would be too slow for my taste, but he kept things moving throughout and wow - does my body feel warmed up and open. His ability to correct your posture while moving so fluidly through movements is amazing (how did he know my hip was poking out?!) and his messaging is spot on for calming your mind and letting go.

Very fun class and it got my hips super warm and open. I was able to practice my flying pidgeon after this short class and got up right away even on my tighter side. I will definitely use this class again as a hip opener and overall feel-good flow.

I really enjoyed this short class from Mark. The mandala flow was super fun. It doesn t have a savasana built in to the class, but he does tell you when to pause if you want to add one.
