Flow into Presence



This class gives you a little bit of everything—breath, flow, length, strength, and stretch—while giving you an opportunity to practice deep presence and awareness. Postures include balancing, side bending, and heart opening, as well as a hip opener (half pigeon with options) toward the end of class to help you ground your energy. Enjoy!
