Great for hip. This class is stretch on the mat yet still flow. I like this feel good soft and calming flow on the mat. Excellent class. Thank you.

Did as part of Spring Into Strength 14-Day Yoga Challenge. Excellent stretches. The flow and stretches were great! Love the ooohhhmms he does at beginning and end of class.

I love these challenges because it introduces me to shorter classes that I wouldn t normally take. I did this class at the end of my day, and it really helped me stretch out my hamstrings

I really enjoyed this class. I was looking for something to help stretch my lower back and hamstrings out after a morning of driving out of town and then sitting at a conference. This was perfect! I will return to this again when I need some extra love on my low back and hamstrings.

I needed a short practice today as I had my covid and flu jabs yesterday and don t have a lot of energy. Staying on the floor was right for me today and this practice gave me lots of nice stretching and twists. Thank you

I enjoyed this class but wished it was a bit longer so I can really take time to breathe in and out into each pose in silence without cues from the teacher. Great sequence of poses otherwise / felt yummy on my stomach and lower back
