A lovely, gentle way to move your body in the morning (or any time!) and stretch. The cueing and instruction was excellent. I ll come back to this one, and look forward to doing more of her classes.

My lower back was very tight because of injuries as well as overuse the day before. I was amazed at the pain relief and muscle release I felt. Thank so much for the well-guided, intuitive but unique class.

A very thorough and enjoyable class. Katy cues well and has such a calming voice. I too enjoyed the intention at the middle and that we revisited it at the end. This will definitely be a favorite. Thank you, Katy.

This is my go-to yoga exercise daily. I practice it daily - all times of the day. Every part of the body is stretched and strengthened - esp. my lower back. She includes an easy balance stance. I love that she pauses in the middle of the routine to contemplate your daily intention.
Since I watch this regularly, I know each movement. When she is explaining a movement ( which I already know) , I can get a couple extra reps in during her teaching.

I wouldn t call this class a vinyasa or classify it as "everyday namaste" but it was just what I needed coming back from a virus. Nice pace, great cueing, more gentle than expected but appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful practice. Excellent cues, calm and informative. This is a good foundational class, I will be returning to this one often to improve foot awareness, hand mobility and strength, and balance.

I m returning to physical activity after surgery. My body is tight and kinked. This flow felt so good! The class was slow enough that I could keep up and feel nourished instead of rushed and unable to keep the usual breath to movement pace. Adding this to my favorites!

I loved this practice. Katy was clear and her directions. I enjoyed the slow movements and the opening up of various parts of the body. I enjoyed the pranayama breathing at the end. I will definitely be doing this one again and looking for more classes from Katy

This is a great class! I am a yoga teacher recovering from foot surgery, and this was a perfect class for where I am in my recovery! I loved this teachers style, cues and knowledge. I also loved that she mirrors everything while teaching!!! I will look for more classes by this (new to me) teacher!

This was a great practice with a new (to me) teacher. A lovely flow for anytime of the day with twists, balances, stretches, flows and pranayama. Katy gave through body cues throughout. I look forward to more classes from this instructor.

Really lovely practice. I have been practicing yoga for 23 years but am now experiencing a degradation of my hip joint from arthritis. It’s been hard for me to do some of my usual intermediate flows. This unique one helped me work on opening and stretching it out. The instructions were clear and well paced. I liked the breathe work at the end also.
