Perfect! Different approach to core,loved it!
So appreciate this offering, and many aspects are positive. But will not do this one again. Among concerns for me: The repeated prompt to hold the back flat to the floor is troubling - that position can cause pain and injury over time.... It s possible to keep the core actively engaged in a more natural position. Also, prompts at start are hard to follow and less precise, and there s not enough breadth or focus direction on balances. And, unfortunately, stock YDL music is an irritating distraction from the teaching. Poor quality and repetitious across YDL recent content. YDL please fix that!! It s a disservice to thoughtful instruction.
This class is the one what I was looking for.
Annie gives great instruction and cues. This was great for core without a bunch of sit ups or crunches. Very isolated work. Loved the balancing. A great strength class. I’ve liked all of Annie’s classes and look forward to more.
Great class! Loved the exercises and movement. My only recommendation would be to make this a 30 minute class and include a warm-up. I didn t realize I needed to be warm first and struggled with balance in the beginning. Otherwise, creative and fun!
This was a nice, slower-paced class that somehow still had my abs shaking like crazy! A lot of deep core work. Listen to the cues carefully and make sure you are doing exactly as Annie says in order to get your abs really engaged and feel the burn/shaking. Will definitely be doing this again.
I enjoyed this quick flow! Surprisingly, it went by super fast. I m inspired to look for more of Annie s classes!
Annie is a great instructor. These were not typical exercises; which was very welcomed. I do wonder if I was doing them right tho, because it felt a little easy. We ll see how my abs feel tomorrow!
