I love it
The mix of ab exercises is a good alternative to a traditional mat class or just abs. However, the instructor didn t mention any of the abdominal cues that make pilates so effective. If you re a regular pilates practitioner, you ll know these cues; but this class won t be as effective for a pilates beginner.
Nice challenging class with mostly ab focus. Good cues. Enjoyed it!

I have never done Pilates,so was not excited for the class. I wish there was a little more yoga,but i loved the Pilates portion.
Thanks for giving it a try!! Some of the other Pilates/Yoga Fusion classes have more yoga so try them out, too!

My abs were already sore from a gym workout yesterday. So, I could really feel where this was hitting. Nice midday energy booster for me today. Only regret was it ended too soon!
