After a week of intense yoga sculpt and vinyasa classes, my body needed this! Long holds and deep stretching for the whole body.

This may be a new favorite. Between running and weights my body gets so tight. I try to throw a few minutes of yoga into my week and this is perfect to stretch and lengthen. And the 30 minutes went by so quickly!

Wow did I need that! I ve been focusing on cardio and "strength training" and I have been neglecting my yoga. This morning my body was yelling at me for it. I could barely walk much less stand up straight. This was the perfect pick. Slow stretching to get in to my hips and low back and a great reminder about why Yoga and yogadownload has been in my life for over 15 years!

Excellent Beginner Level class; good cues. I wish YogaDownload would not use Adv. Beginner & Up as a grab bag. I have done some Adv. Beginner & Up classes that should be Intermediate, whilst some (like this one) should be Beginner. I hope beginner yogis are able to find this solid practice, despite it being mislabeled.

I love Keith s style of yoga; slow and stay in the pose for a while. It gives me enough time to adjust my joints. Especially now when I am suffering back pain, I need slow gentle transition before settle into next poses. This class is perfect when I am recovering from back issue but need an exercise. Thank you.

Nice mellow practice with long holds. Nice stretching and lots of time to be mindful and introspective. Nothing intense, wonderful way to relax and open.

Legday at the gym this morning and this class was a perfect follow up stretch to hit everybody part. The setting is beautiful, too. I just want more and more from Keith. Like a 50 - 60 minute intermediate flow....that would be awesome.

Oh Keith! Splendid as ever. Your guidance though poses is superb. Thinking of crescent moon as a spine extension and not a back bend, so many subtle cues to help improve the poses.Ready to start my day in balance.
