This practice will create space & freedom in all the major joints of your body. We start with a spine & shoulder activation, then build into a flowing Jivamukti style Sun Salutation to get us warmed up. Next we open up the hips in both lunge & straddle variations. This is harder than I expected. Maybe because I am not familiar with the Jivamukti Sun Salutation. I could not understand what I was supposed to do and needed to up my head to watch the screen. Other than that, this class is perfect for waking my body up. Thank you.
Creative wake up class some different things including the Jivamukti Sun Salutation. I found the instructor facing to the side helpful, as some of the poses were slightly different than many of the other instructors here. To me, I enjoyed the slight differences in Lila s class.
A quick class in that it is short and the poses move very rapidly, making it an energetic class that I enjoyed!

This class felt really good. A little bit more energetic than I expected but the pace was perfect. Enough time to breathe and transition. All poses were accessible with easy modifications if necessary. Simple and effective. I ve been travelling and this was the perfect counter.
Interesting and creative sequence. I d say one should know their body and proper form well before doing this class because there is almost no instruction on proper alignment. I also thought it strange the instructor faced a mirror at the side during the class. Maybe she was trying to show the asanas from the side, but it felt like she was more interested in watching herself than engaging with students.
