did the 60 minute class, definitely a very good stretch but i wouldn t call it power yoga. very chill and relaxing sequence. would be good to do after a long day of work right before bed.

While I only tried the 60 minute class, the class is good but not as intense as expected. However, the slower pace actually increased the intensity by requiring more strength and allowing time to deepen / expand / do more of whatever the pose was asking of me. Also, I really like that it was an audio class. We could certainly use more of those.

Well sequenced and paced. A good workout in 45 minutes. The pose guide was helpful. I would take this one again.

Excellent class! Fun poses, slower pace but still challenging.

Good classic hot class.

Quick class with some good balancing postures; too short (I think) for a true hot yoga experience, next time I will take the 45 minute or 60 minute class (but I was warm at the end - I just want MORE warmth!) (: Nice cues although the music did seem to overpower the narrative in some places. Overall, I would take again just for the stretching aspect alone (be prepared to hold postures a little longer than with a flow class and be ready to really get into each pose).

just as described, this class is challenging yet still well balanced. the pace is moderate {great for days when energy may not be the highest} and this really allows {at least for me} to build strength in the body and focus in the mind. i enjoy Lauren s direction ~ it s very clear and understandable. also, i must mention, i feel the joy it gives her to share yoga just in her voice as she guides this practice. :)

I only give 3 stars it is because one of the very important element in THIS Hot Yoga download is missing. Which is BREATHING.
Hot yoga also called Bikram Yoga, breathing is the main focus in Bikram Yoga, Posture is only secondary in this particular technique. The proper breathing technique facilitates for your ability to control the amount of energy needed in your practice of Bikram. On each posture, you need to know when to inhale and when to exhale.

After moving to another country I haven´t been able to find the same hot yoga practice that I had in Canada... But this class, is exactly what I was looking for. Most of the postures are familiar to me and I already know, this will be my favorite yogadownload class... Thank you so much!

I just do this in a small room with a heater, and I love it. I ve only tried the 20 min class though, and I would recommend a longer one. The whole point, after all, is to work deeper because you are warm, and you can only really do that effectively with a longer class. However, as with all YogaDownload classes, the 20 min version is a great option for days when you only have that much time (or attention span)!

This was a great class. It flowed well, but the flow was very different from the power vinyasa classes I usually subscribe to. Some of the posture variations were not familiar to me, but the cues were so good, I did not have a problem following. The pace was very good, and I appreciated the balance between back bends and forward bends.
My only critique was that I would have liked a longer class.
