terrible music, and too loud. Could not hear the instruction properly. Try without music next time.
I am shore she did her best to give a good instruction.

I love core yoga, but some days I just don t feel like flowing...so pilates is the perfect answer. After this class, I feel like my core has been put through the wringer. It s been tightened and tested and I feel more engaged with it in general. I see a huge difference in my yoga practice, and will continue to incorporate this into my routine for full-body fitness.

I like this beginner mat class and really like the visualizations Cher provides. I agree that the music is a little distracting.

I enjoyed this workout, however the music was really distracting! At times I could not hear the instructor over it.

Very clear and easy to follow. I would say this class is intermediate. It works abs, back, and legs. Strengthening and felt good.

The Pilates instruction was great, but the music selection did not fit well with Cher s teaching. Her voice is clear and positive but the music was loud and often bizarre and distracting. With happier (but still energetic) music, this class would definitely be a favorite. I am a long time fan of Yogadownload and appreciate the addition of more Pilates classes, so my comments are meant to help keep this site great!

LOVE this class! I have done all the versions and like the 60-minute one the best since it includes the footwork series and elbow to knee (from Forrest Yoga). Cher does an excellent job giving instructions and visualizations. The class (classes) are what you put into them - if you re really engaging your core - you WILL feel it and get a great workout!

This is a good Pilates class for all levels. The audio instructions are very clear. I really felt my core engaged throughout the class. I would like to see another version of this class with less detailed instructions so that once you are familiar with the poses you can just move through the routine more quickly. This would allow extra time to add more advanced poses within the 60 minute class. A longer 90 minute class would also be great.

Cher provides a great intro class into pilates and I know as I m a complete beginner, I enjoyed this and found it easy to follow with the pose guide, but challenging for me as a novice. Thank you.

I tried taking pilates classes and found they aggravated my back pain as I was trying to keep up with the more advanced students. However, the 20 minute session has been great and I m back to purchase the 30 minute session. The visualization piece has been very helpful to me in engaging my core muscles. Thanks Cher!

I loved this pilates class I think Cher did an awesome job. I think in Pilates and yoga you get what you put into it. Meaning focusing and being aware of what parts of your body your using makes all the difference. I hope Cher will bring more pilates classed to yoga download.

For anyone who has ever taken a pilates class before, this was way too slow. Unfortunately it wasn t much of a workout.

I did the 45 minute version of this class and I would call it a "gentle pilates". After being so challenged in some of yoga classes I was looking forward to a challenging pilates class but I found this more restful than challenging. You definitely work, but there s a fair amount of stretching too. 3 stars.
