This time I took the 30 minutes class. It seems there is an editing issue and one left side twist is missing, yet this class is still powerful and great to build up muscles. I found Qi yoga is quite good. Thank you.

This is a Kylie"s early time of Qi Yoga. I took the 20 minutes class. There is no quick or fast movement, which I love. There are twists. great practice. Thank you.

I haven t been working out regularly over the last few months and this was a great way to get back into it without feeling overwhelmed by the intensity. I just wish I knew how to keep the pressure out of my wrists, because this one his a bit hard on them. I do, however, like that it works out my lower body fairly well though. And, as always, Kylie makes sure to get the chaturangas in.

I did the 30 minute class and found it to be a good workout. I will also try the longer class. Will do again and try other classes offered by Kylie.

Love this medium-paced flow!!! Great for mornings when I want to move, but more deliberately than a faster-paced class. This class is equal parts strength and stretch, so it covers all the bases and leaves me feeling ready to go!

This is a pretty good class. I can see why it s intermediate and not advanced-intermediate: It s slow-going the first half, second half is a little more challenging. I did the 45-minute version. I d imagine the longer versions are proportionately the same.

Good class, nice challenge. Kylie s classes are all very well cued and this one is no exception. You are standing for almost 55 minutes with lots of great twists. My only reason for not giving it a full five stars is that it is not a 60 minute class. It runs 70 minutes and if you are planning for an hour, you may not have the extra time to get the full class.

Slow to begin class, but became more intense during the second half.

I downloaded the 30 minute version and as another user noted, it went a few minutes long but most of that was Savasana - so I didn t object that the 30 minutes referred to the active part. The cueing was again excellent, and maybe there were more reminders than an intermediate level person needs, i appreciated it because although my strength and flexibility is "intermediate", my yoga knowledge level is beginner! There is a bit of a positioning "skip" at the 12 minute mark of the 30 minute version, but not a big deal.

Wow! What a burn! Really good body positioning ques. Only request would be to remind us to breath through the long holds. Feel fantastic!

The description of the class does of nice job of explaining how you are going to be working your arms and legs. I also liked the gentle, creative twists. In the 30 min. class, we never got to the point where we were flowing. That means we did lots of chair poses with no accompanying breath work. Personally, I like to flow (even in a shorter class). Also, I m not a fan of taking Savasana after the time allotted instead of including it as part of the class.

Great! Nice leg workout. Loved the insight into what all the little muscles should be doing and how to get further into everything. A workout I ll be growing into for sure.

I m 20 minutes into the 45 minute sequence and don t feel like I ve really done anything yet. Since I just forked over $5.99 I feel obligated to sit through the rest of it and hope it gets more interesting.
For an intermediate class there is far too much instruction. Most people who have practiced any yoga at all do not need to be told that downward dog is an upside down V. Also, the music is distracting and in some places, competes with the instructor s voice. Disappointing class so far.

real work out!

Did the 60 minute class yesterday and it was tough. I am all sore today. The class was also longer than 60 minutes, rather 70 minutes or so. Next time I will do the 45 minute class.

Just did the Qi yoga episode 50 podcast, my first from yogadownload.com. A very nice short strength sequence. I ll be making a donation and trying out more of these classes for sure. There s enough here to keep me going for months! Thankyou.
