Another wonderful class from Jacquie. Excellent cuing, perfect pace, lovely hamstring stretches, and encouraging messages as always.

Kind of interesting to see how Jackie and the technology have developed. Good, straightforward class but did not have the graceful, creative flows that characterize Jackie s more recent offerings. And the music was... interesting. I generally don t notice the music in a class but I noticed this music. I don t feel it fit the class. It s for the music and not the instructor or the class that I deducted a star. It s been a long time since I attempted Hanumanasana and I got further than I thought I would.

I love this class. As always Jackie eases you in while slowly pushing you to go further. The class is patient and kind to my body. I love Jackie s style

Great class, love the slow flow (builds strength). More classes like this please!

An amazing class. I wanted to work on hanumanasana after reading a writeup on the Daily Bandha site. I knew I d need extensive warmup because my hamstrings are tight. First time through Hanumanasana Flow I got nowhere near the floor but (SPOILER ALERT) when we got to the half pigeon at the end I was amazed how much deeper I could go then ever before. That proves the value of Jackie s instruction. I ll try to to this one once a week and expect great improvement!

I loved this class -- just the right amount of static holds and flow. I was shaking (in a great way), sweating and being forced to return back to my focus over and over.

Brilliant!!

A deceptively challenging class considering the slower pace. That said, not my favorite, but if you like slow flow with a lot of holds, this might be for you.

Exactly what I needed! After not doing yoga for awhile this brought me back to the flow and I feel fantastic. I love her explanations calming voice and the movements were wonderful. I can t do hanumanasana just yet, but one of these days... Namaste.

The routine and poses are wonderful, but for an advanced intermediate class she gives a lot of unnecessary instructions. I prefer quiet to constant directions that an someone at this level should already know.

Bring a towel level? Wrong category. Too slow for that. Nice class but tempo lacked movement. Please do a better job at categorizing accurately.

Very slow flow with a lot of talking. Would have like the class if there was a quicker pace.

This was one of my first YDL classes and I got it to give Hanumanasana pose a try. When I downloaded it about a year ago it was characterized as an "All Levels" class, yet it appears now to be labeled "Adv. Intermediate". It is still accessible to many levels, while being a good challenge. It combines strength with a fun flow and deep stretching. Almost there!

I loved this class, it is gentle and yet powerful at the same time. There are many opportunities to open the hips and pelvis while strengthening the whole body. I started feeling tight and low energy and end feeling open and relaxed. Great practice

One of my favorite Yoga Download classes. I do the 60-minute version. It s very challenging, yet accessible. I will likely never go all the way down in the splits, but this gets me pretty far.

I enjoyed this class. I liked the build up to Hanumanasana and I felt great after the class. The class was challenging enough to get me to sweat just a bit and I really liked the pace.

Pleasantly surprised. This has to be one of my favorite yoga downloads to date. I just finished the 60 minute class and feel more open in the hips than ever. Throughout the week I practice several of the 30 minute hip opening flows. I try to allow time for at least one 60 minute practice a week. I will definitely be returning to this class. The flow was not too fast and allowed for plenty of time to move with the breath. I often feel rushed during vinyasa flows, but not with this one.

I love this class, and have started doing it every week. I have quite tight hamstrings and quads, and more than any other class, this one opens them up. Though I am still several inches from achieving hanumanasana, I don t stress about it at all because of Jackie s excellent instructing. I love Jackie s classes. They are the perfect balance between strength, flexibility, heat and relaxation.

An excellent hip-opening prep for students who are looking to deepen the technique of their practice. And a good workout and stretch for those who arent! Wait till you see how deep you can get into half pigeon at the end of this class, I really noticed the difference!

While I am in no way close to mastering Hanumanasana, this sequence makes it feel like a possibility. The postures are challenging, but move at a comfortable pace and build upon each other nicely. Try this class if you are looking for something different to add to your yoga practice.

What a surprise. Hanumanasana is not a posture I can achieve in its final form so I really thought I d just have a giggle at myself trying it out. The class was wonderful however beautifully timed with progressively deeper openings in each posture sequence and no sense that anything other than right where you were was the best place to be. I ll be revisting this class often and who knows Hanumanasa may even reveal itself and it s secrets one of these days.
