A bit more reps with weights than yoga, but it was pretty diverse. I would come back to do it again.

Great class! Nice progression and great cueing. I like the excellent stretch and toning with the weights. When you get back to the last sun salutation without the weights you can feel the difference.

Dawnelle is amazing. Every class I ve tried is great. She gives complete instructions without making you hold poses forever while she talks. the instructions are complete and yet move you along. And her voice is soothing, perfect for those of us who use yoga for introspection. Thank you, Dawnelle! Namaste.

Excellent class! I love the instructor s style (very clear, soothing and accepting), and the flow was fun. I do have to say that the level is a little misleading. I m not in great shape, and this was a challenging but still accessible workout. Next time, I ll try the hour long version!

I really liked the flow sequences with and without the weights. I feel like she targeted all muscle groups. Good instruction, pleasant voice. No instruction during Shavasana; just soothing music/sounds so you can stay as long as you like. And after this workout, believe me, I used up every second! This will be added to my list of do agains.

Both of the yoga sculpt classes with Dawnelle that I ve taken have been wonderful. I like to do these types of classes every so often to mix up strength training.

amazing! i ve been practicing yoga consistently for over 3 years, and have naturally gained strength through it. this class definitely takes it to a new level and has been especially beneficial to my personal practice. great instruction and pace. if you re looking for a challenging yoga workout, this is it!

WOW! This is a great yoga w/ weights workout. The instructions are very clear, easy to follow. I worked up a sweat in no time. Feel great afterwards. Thanks for another great class! Namaste
