Great class

Jackie is my favorite instructor but this was not my favorite class. As other reviews mention, it s pretty beginner level although she says at the top it s advanced. Also not much of a work out. I wish the intensity rating was out of 10 instead of 4. This is really more a "you ll feel it."

Great power yoga class with good pace of instructions, poses and level. Flow with breath provides the meditative advantage. Thank you.

Was expecting a bit more of a workout.... 30 min class spent a long time warming up then seemed like a couple of boat poses then it was over. Nice class but didn t really deliver on the core bit for me

This class relies heavily on long-holding a few basic asanas while tightening the core. I was expecting something more challenging from an intermediate class. This is really more of a beginner level class.

The forty minute class was very slow...after twenty minutes we were still warming up and I never did get to flow much. Great instructor as always but if you are looking for a challenge this length version might not be it. I definitely wanted to get sweater.

This class was very challenging, and a great flow. My core was sore for days! I love how balanced Jackie s classes are and this was a favorite.

As usual, another great class from Jackie. Just what I expected. Flows a little faster than some others, but you build up body heat. I felt it thru out my entire body, not just my core. It s a good solid yoga work out with out being too crazy. Her instructions & cues are right on & solid. There are some challenges for me: the side crow is a nice addition that I can work up to following her excellent cues. Thanks Jackie! Namaste .

Wonderful class. I ve been doing yoga for years and this class had me working hard. Jackie has a calm, clear way of directing, and comes up with very creative sequences. Strongly recommend!

This was one of my first classes from yoga downloads, it s a fantastic free class that is easy to follow and Jackie s instructions are very good and easy to follow. Those boat poses are always a killer for me but I will keep trying to master it without pain! Many thanks Jackie.
